Swirls and swaths of colour, sometimes adjacent, sometimes under or over, that hint at a greater complexity and richness in tone. Flowers that push the boundaries of fantasy and reality but also try to pay homage to Mother Nature's creativity. The little details that may only really be seen or matter to a curious few. These are just some of the things that inspire me.
All our cakes are meticulously handcrafted and customised to your requirements. I also take care to use only the finest ingredients in everything I bake including unsalted French butter, Callebaut chocolate, Maldon sea salt and the freshest local and seasonal produce.
