Dr. Ng Hong Yi obtained his medical degree from the National University of Singapore. His post-graduate qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) and a Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine (American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine). He is also a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Dr Ng has also participated in numerous courses conducted by the Aesthetic Dermatology Educational Group and has been certified competent in various laser, botulinum toxin and filler procedures. Dr. Ng has practised full-time aesthetic medicine with a regional aesthetic clinic group that operated numerous clinics spanning 4 countries in Southeast Asia since 2012. During this time he also served as its Chief Medical Officer and oversaw doctor training and education regionwide. Dr. Ng’s special interest is in facial rejuvenation using a combination of machine-based treatment as well as judicious use of botulinum toxin and fillers. He has a particular interest in various types of pigmentation that commonly afflict Asians, especially melasma and has successfully treated many such patients. Dr. Ng believes in using minimally invasive aesthetic procedures to enhance and maintain a person’s natural beauty and this is the approach he carries with him when helping his patients.
