That is one of four ballroom spaces among 16 event venues across three levels at 10 Scotts Road, with more than 5,100 square metres of function space in total. The hotel takes weddings from 10 guests up to 2,200, depending on set-up. The Four Ballrooms, Floor by Floor

The Grand Ballroom sits on Level 3. Pillarless, with a six-metre ceiling and an extended digital canvas wrapping the room, it seats up to 360.A private venue nearby can be used as a bridal dressing room, so no one will need to go two floors down to change. 

Also on Level 3, the Grand Residence takes up to 260 guests. High ceilings and intricate wall motifs, plus natural daylight, which is rare for a hotel ballroom in Singapore. 

Down on Level 2, the Grand Salon is mansion-inspired and holds up to 320 guests. Its party trick is the hidden show kitchen, which opens mid-service to put the culinary team in front of your guests. The lighting is rigged for it. Function rooms nearby handle intimate ceremonies before the banquet, and there is a private dressing room attached.

Then there is The Gallery on Level 1M. It runs to 826 square metres, modelled on a contemporary art gallery, and seats up to 260. Inside you get a Lounge, two Ateliers, a Salon, and a dedicated Loft Kitchen. Guests mingle in the lounge before moving through for dinner. It is the only ballroom on that level, so the floor is yours.

Couples can also pick from four wedding stationery themes, so the invitations and menus match the room.

Menus and Wedding Packages

The kitchen spans traditional and modern Chinese, Indian, Malay, and Western cooking styles, plus international cuisines. Halal-certified menus come out of a dedicated halal events kitchen, built around communal dishes and buffet spreads.
Most packages cover the wedding setup basics, a curated menu, tablescape basics, and standard AV options. Wedding privileges vary by package and can run to a complimentary room stay or dining perks. Coordination from the wedding team comes as standard. Pricing starts at S$1,988++ per table of 10.

Intimate Wedding Packages suit fewer than 100 guests. You get customisable layouts, wedding favours, fresh florals, a handcrafted cake, and audio-visual support.

Your Wedding Your Way applies to the Grand Salon and starts from SGD 1,588 per table. It includes a six-course banquet menu, free-flow refreshments, complimentary parking coupons, and a one-night stay in the Grand Suite with Grand Club access for two.
