Our Services

Fossa Chocolate is an artisanal bean-to-bar chocolate manufactory from Singapore, and an intermediary between craft chocolate and heritage. In our roastery in the Northern part of Singapore, cacao beans are sorted, roasted, cracked, winnowed, grounded, conched, and tempered in small batches by hand. Using a variety of traditional and modern handcrafting techniques in chocolate making, we strive to showcase the unique flavours and nuances of each batch of freshly harvested cacao.
