The Pacific Ballroom seats up to 420 guests and is, by any measure, Pan Pacific Singapore's showpiece. What’s unique about this particular venue, though, is its P3 lighting technology. This is a fully programmable system that lets you adjust light colours and brightness to match your wedding's theme and mood, shifting from soft gold (for example) during the ceremony to something punchier when the music picks up. Only a handful of hotels in Singapore have P3 lighting - and it's one of those features that sounds like a technical footnote until you've seen it transform a room.

The ballroom comes with a private driveway entrance and its own foyer areas. Your guests arrive and gather in a space that belongs entirely to your event. No awkward overlap with another function down the corridor.

The Ocean Ballroom is the smaller of the two at 280 guests and has a very different feel. Wood accents run through the space, and the finishes are warm and textured. Natural light comes through clear glass panels.

The Keyaki Garden Pavilion may just be the most distinctive wedding space in the hotel’s collection. For auspicious dates, the hotel recommends booking at least 12 months in advance. Otherwise, nine to 12 months should give you enough lead time.
