* Allow drop out of guests or minimum tables due to COVID 19 or if my htb grandfather pass on
* Allow postpone without penalty and keep perks and price or cancellation or banquet without penalty and refund deposit if MOH impose orders or if Malaysia still lock down as my parents are Malaysians
