Hi Vendors,

I am looking to secure a centralised venue (5-10 minutes walk from nearest MRT/bus stop) for my wedding lunch with a confirmed paid $5,000 deposit by end Sep '21.

Event Function: Solemnisation (preferably an outdoor location like pool/lawn) -> Chinese Tea Ceremony (indoor event room) -> Set Menu Lunch (indoor ballroom)
No. of Guests: 100-150 (based on a table of 10 pax)

Special requests:
- Free flow of beer
- Provision of a day room usage
- Selection of menu dishes without additional cost
- Waiver of corkage fees for all hard liquors and wines brought in
- Complimentary food tasting session
- Complimentary usage of outdoor/indoor event space for ROM with décor

The price per pax should be $120 NETT and below for my consideration.
