My fiancé and myself are looking at hosting a Chinese wedding dinner reception on 20 Mar 2021 (Sat).

Tentative number of tables: 20-25.

Please advise if there any additional charges to the overall bill? If yes, will be appreciative if you are able to quote the NETT price for individual table cost.

Is there a complimentary suite for the wedding package? If so, for how many days? Any helpers room provided?

Will we be assigned a dedicated venue coordinator on 20 Mar 2021?

What is the payment schedule like? As we would like to maximize credit card rebates, we would be appreciative if an installment plan can be worked out.

Please also indicate other perks included in the package? E.g. complimentary invitations, parking coupons, complimentary meal vouchers etc.

Are exchanges or request for more items allowed? Especially with regards to the dishes on the dinner menu.

We hope for a venue with high ceiling (>5 metres) and pillar-less ballroom.
