1. Availability on the date above, and the space that would suit 30 guests
2. Your wedding or solemnisation package options and pricing, including minimum spend, per-person rates and any venue or service charges. I understand the base hire is for up to 3 hours, so please advise on extending it to cover the solemnisation and dinner
3. What is included (tables, chairs, basic decor, sound system, solemnisation set-up, hosting duration)
4. Your pet policy, any dog-related fees or conditions, and where the dogs could stay during the event
5. Beverage options and corkage terms
6. Deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms

If you have a brochure or price list, I would be grateful if you could attach it. I would also be happy to arrange a site visit.
